Vivienne Tam ruched blouse with classic black Valentino skirt…
It pays to remove safety pins on the label !!! When I 1st spotted this black skirt among 100′s & 100′s of skirts, there was a dry cleaning safety pin right on the label which totally blocked the label. So me being patient removed the dry cleaning tag to discover the Valentino label. I just started to laugh inside the thrift store knowing what I had just scored. I tell you 1 thing it pays to be patient…. I just kept saying “I found a friggin Valentino skirt OMG”…. Valentino’s history stretches back to the era of ‘La Dolce Vita’, when a young Valentino Garavani opened his 1st atelier in Rome. Today, with designers Maria Grazia Chiuri & Pier Paolo Piccioli at the helm, the label has lost none of it’s A-list appeal. With this gorgeous skirt in my clutches I desperately turned my attention to finding a blouse to match, so I found this Vivienne Tam blouse. With very little $ invested in this ensemble I took away from the thrift stores one super chic outfit guaranteed to turn heads. Please friend me on Facebook and follow me on Twitter.
