Nanette Lepore hooks up with Byblos and love at first sight…
I don’t even know where to begin with this entry because I love both of these brands so much it’s crazy…Nanette Lepore and Byblos, its just way to much for me to handle in one entry but being the trooper that I am I’ll give it a whirl… This gorgeous Nanette Lepore jacket with it’s glen plaid pattern is sleek beyond all comprehension. In every Nanette Lepore piece there is always a touch of wit and in my opinion that’s what makes her a brilliant fashion designer. When the GODS above gave me this Byblos skirt without farther hesitation I knew I would introduce these 2 brands to form a gorgeous union. Manuel Facchini is the creative director for Byblos and is a huge art lover which shows in his creations. From Damien Hirst to Santiago Calatrava, Manuel Facchini digs deep into the psych of his creative spirit and therefore this makes him one of my favorite Italian designers. Being creative means taking risk in life and I believe both designers Lepore & Facchini have risked a lot to be understood creatively….Stop by doubletake my new boutique when in Atlanta and follow me on Twitter & Facebook and click on my YouTube channel. Hey Daniel,
What a great idea! Does/will your shop at Studioplex carry any MENS’ clothes?
StudioPlex has a monthly art walk and it’s on a Friday of every month and that’s when I bring in my men’s clothing… Burberry, Missoni, Armani, Zegna etc and the shirts I sell for $5 and jackets $10….and the men buy it all up…. Thanks for asking and for following my blog…
great! thanks. I’ll check it out.
