Bebe & BCBG tops with Theory jeans and one dress to Laundry by Shelli Segal.

I thought it would be nice to be able to put together 2 jazzed up outfits for day time.  The first one I put together is the Bebe and BCBG tops with the Theory denim jeans.  Either tops would totally elevate the jeans into a whole new level of sophistication and you would be able to rest assured that the FASHION POLICE wouldn’t come knocking on your doors.  The BCBG top has the sequins on it that gives this top a bit more of a punch and it’s a size small, while the Bebe top is a size medium with spandex gives this top an extra squeeze!  For the second outfit I found this simple, elegant and very Summery pink linen Laundry by Shelli Segal sleeveless dress size 6.  I love the modern cut of the front pockets on this dress.  Both ensembles would look absolutely fabulous with these Diane von Furstenberg black flats.  The one thing I most encourage people on a daily basis is to put a little more jazz into their daily attire.  Boys and girls throw away those white sneakers, ball caps, and NFL t shirts and get your groove on.  Shop at The Thrifters Boutique and follow me on Twitter & Facebook, also please enjoy and share my YouTube videos on thrifting.  Toodles for now.  Daniel

  1. Hey Daniel,

I love that your newest blog shows how to take a casual/simple outfit and add the extra “umph” with little or no effort. As your blog shows, just sporting the snazzy Bebe and BCBG tops especially with sequins take the outfit to a whole new level–in the matter of minutes. May I also add my two cents worth about giving outfits that extra appeal? I like going to beauty supply stores and buying unique caps/hats. It works every time. I will be looking for more outfit enhancers!

Thank you LaLinda and I totally agree I love that women wear hats, or shall I say I love it that some women wear hats…. Hats are the ultimate accessory….. Remember back when Dynasty was on and we would see Joan Collins character always wearing hats…. now that was fabulous. PS Your 2 cents is actually much more… Thanks for your nice comment LaLinda.
