Thomas Pink black blouse with St. John black slacks.

It isn’t everyday I happen to find Thomas Pink but today was an exception to every damn rule.  I found this black Thomas Pink blouse with the most amazing cuffs but then again Pink is always exceptional.  Pink set up in 1984 by 3 Irish brothers and their idea was to reinvent the traditional Jermyn Street shirt, taking it to a wider audience.  The brand name Thomas Pink came from an 18th century London tailor known for making sought after red hunting jackets.  If you were lucky enough to own one, you were said to be “in the pink.” Pink today is now part of the LVMH group, making every Thomas Pink shirt an exercise in perfection.  This size 8 blouse was priced at $4.99 now you tell me can you get anything from the LVMH group for $4.99?  NO.   Next thing I found were these St. John Sport by Marie Gray size 2 stretchy denim slacks for $4.00.  St. John is an American fashion institution and known for knitwear, founded in 1962 by Robert and Marie Gray.  Black is the new black have you heard?  I love this outfit because you can untuck the blouse and wear it during the day for a casual look then for night time tuck that blouse in, put on your best William Spratling jewelry and go out let everyone molest you with their looks.  This outfit cost me $9.00 , isn’t it a sin to look so good for so little?  Please don’t forget to shop at The Thrifters Boutique and follow me on Twitter & Facebook.
