I reconnected with my friend Sue the other day after not seeing her for years. We have that really unique friendship where if we don’t see each other for years, when we do it’s as if it was only yesterday. I love that kind of friendship, there aren’t any requirements put on it, it’s just organic. I could blabber all day about Sue but let me tell you all about this gorgeous Carolina Herrera that WAS hanging in her closet. Was being the operative word here because she asked me if I could drop off this little number with the golden Gucci slippers at a consignment store she works with. Did I mention that Sue is incredibly eco friendly? By consigning her clothes she is giving it a second chance at life ! She is giving someone else the opportunity to make a memory by wearing that dress and shoes to some special occasion. Don’t get me wrong here you know how much I love my thrift stores but when the time comes for a truly special affair don’t forget about the consignment stores. Toodles for now. Daniel
