Jil Sander khaki green slacks for $4.00 on Black Friday.

I started early today by hitting Value Village Thrift store down the street from my house and the only thing I scored was this fantastic Yves Saint Laurent dress shirt, my size and priced $5.29. Before I left my house I called Umie and said get ready I’m coming and we’re pillaging, she said “come on”. I was pulling out of Umie’s driveway when my friend Sloan called and I said “get your ass over to Attic Treasures Thrift Shop, Umie and I are heading over there right now”. Minutes later Sloan showed up and the 3 of us tore that thrift store up! From top to bottom, corner to corner, we left nothing unturned. At Attic Treasures today EVERYTHING was 1/2 off. EVERYTHING. Now that’s makes me get out of bed on Black Friday. Here is what I found for Umie, a gorgeous Christian Dior dress suit for $9.00 and a very dressy Bernard Zins slacks for $1.50. Umie found Giorgio Armani & Jil Sander slacks, both items did not fit her, so she handed Sloan the Jil Sander. What Umie did find that fit her to perfection was a Max Mara blazer marked down to $5.00. I found these gorgeous black velvet dress slacks by Jaeger and later Sloan found what looks like the matching black velvet Jaeger blazer! I also scored Sloan a pair of casual slacks by Vanilla made in Italy and this drop dead baby blue leather jacket also made in Italy marked at $10.00. Umie walked up to the counter carrying her 4 items and handed the woman a $20 bill and Sloan walked up carrying 6 items and handed the woman $30.00. Umie took home a Christian Dior suit, Bernard Zins slacks and Max Mara blazer plus 1 other item. Sloan took home a Jaeger pant suit, Jil Sander slacks, and a drop dead gorgeous leather jacket and 2 other items. This is how I spent my Black Friday, I went shopping with 2 friends and they ended up scoring big time, while I on the other hand just took home a YSL shirt. The 3 of us spent an enormous sum of $55 today and look at all we found. I hope everyone shopped smart today. Toodles for now. Daniel
